Hangzhou Yinda Induction furnace Co., LTD is located in the picturesque and traffic-convenient ancient town-Tangqi Town ( Development Zone).It is a manufacture and service type enterprise which specializes in design and manufacture of various induction melting and heating assorted equipment.The company has established wide cooperation with science & technology institutes both home and abroad. With induction melting furnace as its knockout product, it is dedicated to research and manufacture of assorted equipment in induction heating, forge heating, heating treatment, quenching, brazing etc.
Main products are: GW series medium frequency coreless induction melting furnace 100KG-70T; GWBZ series medium frequency coreless heat-insulated furnace 1T-100T;KGPSII medium frequency power supply series:50kW~30000kW(24 pulse, low harmonic). Among which, the KGPS type high power medium frequency power supply 12000kW~30000kW/24 pulse rectification mode is successfully developed by our company; KGPS-DX series resonance furnace (twin furnace),its power is 500kW~8000kW.Currently, these high power power supplies are mainly used in melting, and are suitable for temperature rising and heating of large metal(steel, copper, aluminum etc.) workpieces and materials(tubes, plates, strips, sticks etc.)
Our induction furnace is the substitution of traditional stove, gas stove and fuel heater in many areas. We also have heating metal drums, heating pipes, indirect heating non-metallic materials, which are popular in the heat treatment industry. Our products have the virtues high reliability, economization on electricity, small volume, and non-pollution.
Our products are popular in many provinces of our country, and some products are exported to Southeast Asia, West Asia, Africa and other countries and regions. Guande Yinda Induction Furnace Complete Equipment Co., Ltd is the new production base which has been formally put into production on May,2012. The factory covers an area of 29000 square meters.There are four workshops,they are assembly department,brazing department,sheet metal department and power supply department.
